五、明最勝菩薩下，作輪王等化他生死之身，亦為第一。於出世法願成佛果勝彼二乘，亦名第一。

Fifth, from 'clarifies the most supreme bodhisattva' onward: When manifesting as a wheel-turning king or the like to transform others through a body in saṃsāra, one is also foremost. Regarding supramundane dharmas, aspiring to achieve the fruit of Buddhahood surpasses those of the two vehicles, and is also called foremost.
