此二定中，滅盡定者，欲界身中初起，以欲界有教依教修行故得初起，後住四定及生四空皆得後起。

Between these two concentrations, the concentration of cessation is first generated in a body of the desire realm, because the desire realm has the teaching, and by practicing in accordance with the teaching it can first be generated; thereafter, abiding in the four dhyānas and being born in the four formless realms, it can subsequently be generated in all of them.
