9.120

初云如是菩薩乃至得最勝捨者，景云：真如遍在一切諸法，根本智行真如時，於一切法平等平等，於一切法處所有真如平等覺得最勝捨，此又即說無分別智唯捨相應。而言極喜地者，據其出觀後智心喜。

At first, from "Such a bodhisattva..." to "...attains supreme equanimity": Jing says: Tathatā is omnipresent in all phenomena. When fundamental wisdom operates on tathatā, it is utterly equal toward all phenomena; toward all phenomena, it awakens equally to omnipresent tathatā and attains supreme equanimity. This also means that non-discriminative wisdom is associated solely with equanimity. As for mentioning the Pramuditā-bhūmi, it is based on the joy in the mind of the subsequent wisdom after emerging from contemplation.
