第二重分別二種取空人，初解惡取空者，由彼故空亦不信受者，謂真實義由遍計所執故名空而不信受。於此而空亦不信受者，泰云：於此依他性上而有圓成實性亦不信受。又釋，於此依他起圓成實性上無遍計所執性故而說名空。測云：於此依他性上無遍計故空。

Second, re-distinguishing the two kinds of people who grasp emptiness. First, explaining those who grasp emptiness wrongly: Regarding "they do not believe and accept that it is empty by means of that": it means that reality is called empty due to the imagined nature, but they do not believe and accept this. Regarding "they also do not believe and accept that it is empty in this": Tai says: they do not believe and accept that upon this other-dependent nature there is the consummate nature. Another explanation: it is called empty because upon this other-dependent and consummate nature there is no imagined nature. Ce says: It is empty because upon this other-dependent nature there is no imagined [nature].
