測云：復由於餘實是有等者，於此依他性下有因緣所生道理名之為餘，由此餘故如實知有。

Ce says: Regarding "Furthermore, due to the remainder, it truly is existent," etc.: under this paratantra nature, there is the principle born of causes and conditions, which is called the remainder; due to this remainder, one knows in accordance with reality that it exists.
