基云：有是有執，即計名目所詮其體相稱，除此有計，名為轉有經。
Ji says: "Existence" refers to the grasping at existence, which is conceptually constructing that the essence matches what is expressed by names; eliminating this grasping at existence gives it the name Pravṛttibhava-sūtra.
