第三明觀勝利中，為因陀羅者，此云帝即帝釋，云伊舍那者，此云自在即大自在天。擬補云：是第六大自在天之異名也。世主者，謂初禪梵王。

In the third part, which explains the excellent benefit of contemplation: as for 'being Indra', this is translated as sovereign, namely Śakra-devānām-Indra; as for 'Īśāna', this is translated as sovereign master, namely Maheśvara. Nibu says: 'It is an alternative name for the Maheśvara of the sixth heaven.' 'Lord of the world' refers to the Brahmā King of the first dhyāna.
