Ji says: "'Lord of the world' means a human king. Now, following the old commentary, it should be the Brahmā King, not a human king. The text of the old commentary says that the gods of Śakra, and the great and small Brahmā gods all come to pay homage. The statement 'they do not know' in the verse means that cultivating dhyāna free from marks surpasses the celestial realm, and is beyond their reach; hence it is said thus."
