初文，但明不了真如起八分別，略不明由不了依他離言之法起八分別，所生三事中初依緣事，所依即是有情世間，所緣器世間，後之二事並是有情。

In the first passage, it only explains giving rise to the eight discriminations by not understanding tathatā, and briefly omits explaining the arising of the eight discriminations through not understanding the wordless phenomena of the other-dependent. Among the three produced bases, the first is the basis and condition: the basis is the sentient world, and the condition is the container world; the latter two bases are both sentient beings.
