基云：此神境智通是所化境，云何此中言能變神境智通以能變化作此境，故境從見說名為能變，又雖舉所變，意明神通故名能變，能變屬智也，舉所變言能變之用也。

Ji says: This supernormal knowledge of psychokinetic power is the object that is manifested; why is it spoken of here as the supernormal knowledge of psychokinetic power that can transform? Because by being able to transform and manifest, it creates this object; hence the object is designated from the perspective of cognition and called "that which can transform." Furthermore, although the transformed object is adduced, the intention is to clarify the supernormal power; hence it is called "that which can transform." What can transform belongs to wisdom; adducing what is transformed expresses the function of that which can transform.
