釋曰：無般涅槃法者，是無姓位，此略有二種：一者、時邊般涅槃法；二者、畢竟無般涅槃法。

The commentary states: Those without the dharma of parinirvāṇa are in the state of lacking a gotra. These are briefly of two kinds: first, those with the dharma of parinirvāṇa at the limit of time; second, those who ultimately lack the dharma of parinirvāṇa.
