9.404

時邊般涅槃法者，有四種人：一者、一向行惡行；二者、普斷諸善法；三者、無解脫分善根；四者、善不具足。

Regarding those with the dharma of parinirvāṇa at the limit of time, there are four kinds of persons: first, those who exclusively practice evil deeds; second, those who completely sever all wholesome dharmas; third, those who lack wholesome roots of the factor of liberation; fourth, those whose goodness is incomplete.
