二、釋善根成就，謂即前姓習二種種姓成就能生眾行名善根成就，即是依信就善根性離諸惡。

Second, explaining the maturity of wholesome roots: this means that the maturity of the two kinds of gotra, the innate and the practiced, is able to generate all practices, called the maturity of wholesome roots; that is, relying on faith, one fulfills the nature of wholesome roots and abandons all evils.
