解云：行施自是善心，執著三事復別有異熟生執有三事，以迅速故謂在一心。
The explanation states: Practicing giving is of itself the wholesome mind; clinging to the three factors is separately born of maturation which grasps the existence of the three factors; because of its swiftness, it is thought to be in a single mind.
