The nineteenth section explains nine phrases of the sūtra on cultivating the contemplation of the applications of mindfulness. Regarding the phrase "with respect to having a body": this means firmly establishing one's mindfulness on this body; "with respect to the body of tathatā": contemplating the tathatā of the body is called firmly establishing mindfulness. "Or solely supramundane wisdom": this means "because of the internal path of śamatha"; when wisdom coagulates and stills its conditions, it directly corresponds to calm abiding. "Or solely supramundane view": this means "because of the path of vipaśyanā"; view corresponds to investigating, and therefore receives the name "path of vipaśyanā."
