此重廣種多少中，「一切種子皆具足」等者，如《成唯識》第二卷說。釋此論文，准彼三義。「涅槃法」者，法謂道理，有入涅槃之道理故。

In this section that repeatedly and broadly explains the quantity of seeds, where it says “all seeds are completely endowed,” etc., this is as stated in the second fascicle of the Cheng weishi lun. In explaining this treatise text, one conforms to those three views. As for “having the capacity for nirvāṇa” (nirvāṇa-dharman): 'dharma' means principle; it means possessing the principle of entering nirvāṇa.
