論云「謂於此中實有唯事，於唯事中亦有唯假」者，此觀依他也。觀依他唯事，此唯事唯是假有，非真實有。以下論文方明圓成實有義。

The treatise says, "Namely, herein there is a real existent as mere entity, and within the mere entity there is also the mere nominal." This is contemplating paratantra. Contemplating paratantra as mere entity, this mere entity is only nominally existent, not truly existent. Only in the text of the treatise below is the meaning of the pariniṣpanna real existent clarified.
