Where the treatise explains that [speech bringing] bliss in both lives has nine aspects: 'the fourth, explaining the difficulty of pure morality', refers to non-Buddhists who grasp their own morality as pure morality; the fifth, view, is also like this; the eighth, deportment, is as in the Śrāvakabhūmi. / That speech of pure conduct has twenty aspects refers to two sets in the previous 'Chapter on Powers and Gotra': one with fifteen marks and one with five marks, combined to make twenty. That text speaks thus.
