12.137

論云「依諸如來心智」者，當經第七、所問善釋。故經云：知佛於一念通三世事，而能分別智劫數修行。知佛於行，隨所問處，即能善釋。第十、此皆因行此行，故隨此行能感佛果之此法。

The treatise says: "Relying on the wisdom of the mind of all Tathāgatas." This corresponds to the seventh in the sūtra, "skill in resolving what is asked." Therefore the sūtra says: Knowing that the Buddha comprehends the matters of the three periods of time in a single thought-moment, yet one can practice with discriminative wisdom over kalpas. Knowing the Buddha's practice, wherever one is questioned, one can skillfully explain it. As for the tenth, these are all because one undertakes this practice; hence, following this practice, one is able to elicit these dharmas of the Buddha-fruit.
