論云「依如來住，依如來地」，此雙舉者，舉十三住，舉前明七地，地、住雙舉，攝義圓也。
The treatise says: "Based on the Tathāgata-vihāra, based on the Tathāgata-bhūmi." That these two are cited together is because it cites the thirteen vihāras and cites the previous explanation of the seven bhūmis; citing both bhūmis and vihāras together completely gathers the meaning.
