12.89

論云「於如上說一切圓滿菩薩學中未能普學」者，此謂第一持十八品也。　「於如上說，乃至菩薩諸相未皆成熟」者，謂此持中〈相品〉。　「於如上說等，乃至二分菩薩正加行中未等顯現」，謂〈分品〉。　「於如上說菩薩意樂猶未清淨」者，謂〈增上意樂品〉。　「二分菩薩正加行中未等顯現」者，謂未能依於二分不修正行也，名未顯現也。

Where the treatise states, "unable to train universally in all the completely fulfilled bodhisattva trainings as explained above": this refers to the eighteen chapters of the first Ādhāra. "As explained above, up to bodhisattva characteristics not being fully matured": this refers to the Chapter on Characteristics in this Ādhāra. "As explained above, up to not being equally manifest in the right preparatory practices of the two divisions of bodhisattvas": this refers to the Chapter on Divisions. "Bodhisattva aspirations as explained above not yet being pure": this refers to the Chapter on Higher Aspiration. "Not being equally manifest in the right preparatory practices of the two divisions of bodhisattvas": this means being unable to cultivate right practice based on the two divisions; this is called "not manifest."
