"Unconditioned space": the Dharma Master said it is established upon luminous matter. As stated in the second fascicle of the Abhidharma[-samuccaya-vyākhyā] and the first fascicle of the Prakaraṇārya-vācā: unconditioned space is established as permanent because the appearances of the object grasped by the mind are similar, not because the mind perceiving it or the object perceived by it at times undergoes change. "The unconditioned not through analytical cessation is also like this," as in the Notes on the Abhidharma[-samuccaya-vyākhyā].
