論云「當知唯是此思轉變，由彼威力之所轉變」等者，謂即業發業加行思種為他苦生故，此種轉變剎那剎那雜生惡戒無表，由彼威力法爾發起故。如無心受戒，此文為證。他殺業亦同於此，由表不由表發，如別抄應知。「娑利藥迦婆羅門」者，此名族村婆羅門。

Regarding the treatise's statement, "It should be known that this is exclusively the transformation of this intention; through transformation by its power..." and so forth: this means that the karmic, action-initiating preliminary intention-seed is produced for the sake of another's suffering; this seed transforms moment by moment, interspersed with the arising of the unmanifest [karma] of bad morality, naturally aroused by its power. Taking precepts without mind serves as textual proof of this. Killing by others is also the same as this, initiated by manifest or not by manifest, as should be known from the separate notes. "Sāleyyaka Brahmin" means a village Brahmin of that clan.
