「又非極微集成色聚」者，極微無體，不同經部種成大義。合前一種，不同勝論麁細俱實。如《唯識》第一疏解。

"Nor do atoms assemble to form a material cluster": atoms have no real substance, unlike the Sautrāntikas' notion that seeds form the gross. Combining this with the previous point, it also differs from the Vaiśeṣikas who hold that both gross and subtle are real substances, as explained in the commentary on the first fascicle of the *Vijñaptimātratāsiddhi*.
