「又諸非天，天趣攝」者，諸教不同，如《法花》第一疏會釋。今依大乘，此文自會，唯是天趣。《佛地論》與此文同。
Regarding "furthermore, the asuras are subsumed under the destiny of devas": various teachings differ, as reconciled in the first commentary on the Lotus Sūtra. Now following the Mahāyāna, this text reconciles it on its own, showing they belong purely to the destiny of devas. The Buddhabhūmi-śāstra is identical to this text.
