第三、於蘊假設難中分二：初敘四計、後別徵斥。四計者：初即蘊計，後三異蘊。異蘊中，初我異蘊住在蘊中；次我異蘊住於蘊外，我仍屬蘊，謂此是色我乃至識我；後住蘊外，而不屬蘊。

In the third [part], the objection regarding hypothetical designation upon the aggregates, there are two sections: first, presenting the four positions; second, interrogating and refuting them separately. The four positions are: first, the view of identity with the aggregates; and the subsequent three of difference from the aggregates. Among those of difference from the aggregates: first, the self is different from the aggregates and resides within the aggregates; second, the self is different from the aggregates and resides outside the aggregates, yet still belongs to the aggregates, meaning 'this is the self of form' up to 'the self of consciousness'; third, it resides outside the aggregates and does not belong to the aggregates.
