界差別不論十八界者，此六界通欲、色界足故，雖地不足，非十八界有此界足。
The reason the differentiation of dhātus does not discuss the eighteen dhātus is that these six dhātus fully pervade both the desire and form realms; although the bhūmi is incomplete, it is not that the eighteen dhātus have these dhātus in full.
