論云「云何為法」，故前明心，此數明法。「貪毘奈耶」等者，毘奈耶名調伏，即無貪調伏貪也，貪毘奈耶即無貪也。

The treatise says, "What is phenomenon?"—thus it previously clarified the mind, and here frequently clarifies phenomena. Regarding "the vinaya of greed" and so forth: vinaya means subjugation, which is non-greed subjugating greed; the vinaya of greed is precisely non-greed.
