論斷四倒中解身不淨之意，說「不淨相應四憺怕路」者，論第二解倒中云「受苦樂」者，依下覆解中云「於心意識執我遇者，我事愚故，立心念住」，即此計心以為我也。與前第一相違。如《對法》第一、第十卷抄解。

Regarding the treatise's intention in explaining the impurity of the body among severing the four inversions (viparyāsa), speaking of "the four tranquil paths associated with impurity": in the treatise's second explanation of inversions, where it speaks of "experiencing pleasure and pain," this is based on the subsequent reiterative explanation where it says, "Grasping an experiencer of the self in the mind, intellection, and consciousness (citta-manas-vijñāna); because of delusion regarding self-matters, the smṛtyupasthāna on mind is established"—this is precisely reckoning the mind to be the self. This contradicts the former first [explanation]. It is explained as in the notes on the first and tenth fascicles of the Abhidharma[samuccaya-vyākhyā].
