8.17

論解出世間離欲中云「自能離繫，自能解脫」者，得無漏智等，離有漏繫，即無間道；斷彼煩惱得無為時，起勝解數，自得解脫，即解脫道也。

Where the treatise explains supramundane dispassion, saying, "Personally able to separate from bonds, personally able to be liberated": attaining uncontaminated knowledge and the like and separating from contaminated bonds is the unobstructed path; when severing those defilements and attaining the unconditioned, giving rise to resolute conviction and personally attaining liberation is the path of liberation.
