是。「自稱苾芻」，謂破戒者，但自稱苾芻。　「名想苾芻」，即未受戒者，但有苾芻名想，而未有戒。

being this. A "self-proclaimed bhikṣu" refers to one who has broken moral discipline and merely proclaims himself a bhikṣu. A "nominal and conceptual bhikṣu" refers to one who has not received moral discipline, having merely the name and concept of a bhikṣu without possessing the moral discipline.
