論云「於四處所，以四因緣正尋求已，復於五處如應」等者，此下明安立中五門，護養定等，即初中頌所列者是。　「云何護養」，即第一；「云何遠離」，即第二；「云何心一境性」，第三。

The treatise says: "Having correctly sought in the four locations by means of the four causes and conditions, further in five locations as appropriate," and so forth. Below this clarifies the five gates within establishing: guarding and nurturing concentration and so forth, which are those listed in the initial verse. "What is guarding and nurturing" is the first; "what is remote living" is the second; "what is one-pointedness of mind" is the third.
