故護法釋善順論，宗不違唯識，能說法者，識上現故。至下第十，論自當解。
Therefore, Dharmapāla's explanation accords well with the treatise's doctrine without contradicting vijñapti-mātra, because it manifests on the consciousness of the one who preaches the Dharma. Below, in the tenth fascicle, the treatise itself will explain this.
