彼宗現量，即五知根、心平等根，然非彼宗軍林等物是實有境，現量所得故。今但遮實有現量之所得故，真如離言，故無有失。

Direct perception in their school refers to the five cognitive faculties (buddhīndriya) and the faculty of the mind (manas). However, in their school, objects like an army and a forest are not real, existent objects apprehended by direct perception. Here, it merely negates that they are apprehended by a direct perception of what is real and existent; tathatā is beyond verbal expression, so there is no fault.
