此中所辨唯識所須，其餘諸門實由幾德，名為有德，乃至廣說。幾是所知，非此所要，略不繁述，如《十句》說。

What is analyzed here is what is required for Consciousness-Only. As for the other headings—such as by how many qualities a substance is designated as possessing qualities, and so forth at length; and how many are objects of knowledge—these are not what is essential here, so they are briefly omitted to avoid verbosity, as explained in the Daśapadārthī.
