述曰：自下第二，別破實、德。初總相對，以破實、德；後總結非堅、濕等別。此即初也。初中有二：初以德例實，實、非實攝。

The Commentary states: From here on is the second, specifically refuting substance and quality. First, contrasting them generally to refute substance and quality; afterwards, concluding generally with the error that they are distinct from solidity, moisture, and so forth. This is the first. In the first there are two: first, using quality as an analogy for substance, that substance is not subsumed under substance.
