又此中宗應云：汝執為簡所別，不極成過。又因雖有他隨一過，謂實中火等，非異德中觸。而就他宗為論，故無此過。

Furthermore, the thesis (pakṣa) here should say 'what you grasp' in order to qualify the subject (viśeṣya) and avoid the fallacy of an unestablished subject (aprasiddha-viśeṣya). Moreover, although the reason (hetu) incurs the fallacy of being unestablished for the other (parasiddha)—namely, fire and so forth within substance are not different from touch within quality—since the argument is conducted according to the other school, this fallacy does not occur.
