下第七段，即是第九解本識因果法、喻門，是本頌中第九句恒轉如暴流也。於中有二，初問；後答，將欲解文，寄問徵起。

Below, the seventh section is the ninth door explaining the Dharma and metaphor of the root consciousness's causes and effects; this is the ninth line in the root verse: "constantly turning like a torrential stream." Within this there are two parts: first, a question; second, an answer. Preparing to explain the text, the question is lodged to raise the inquiry.
