述曰：正治不信彼實事等。能起愛樂於無為證，有為善修，故是信業。

The Commentary states: It directly counteracts disbelief in those real facts and the like. Because it can give rise to fondness and delight toward the realization of the unconditioned and the cultivation of the conditioned wholesome, it is the functional activity of faith.
