述曰：若知存、遣，名備資糧。善資糧者，即福、智二嚴，非清辨等惡取空者，能成是事，得菩提也。此頌總明一切唯識，廣彼依識所變訖。

The Commentary states: If one knows what is retained and what is eliminated, one is said to be equipped with provisions. Wholesome provisions are the two adornments of merit and wisdom; it is not those like Bhāviveka who perniciously grasp at emptiness who can accomplish this and attain bodhi. This verse broadly clarifies that all is consciousness-only, concluding the elaboration on what is transformed dependent on consciousness.
