[The Commentary states:] Next, the second part explains the lower line of the verse. Within this there are three parts: first, a general explanation of the verse; next, a distinct analysis; and finally, a general conclusion. This is the first part. The phrase "due to this there is" above also applies to this. Having restated that which possesses this consciousness above, it reveals the attainment of nirvāṇa that exists below.
