The Commentary states: At the beginning of the fascicle it was stated: In reliance on the fifteen bases, due to distinctions in meaning, the ten causes are established. Although above there were two texts, they only established the ten causes in reliance on the fifteen bases, and the mutual subsumption between the ten causes and two causes; they did not clarify the establishment of the four conditions in reliance on the fifteen bases, or their mutual subsumption with the ten causes and two causes. Hence this question is raised. Herein, first is the question; next is the answer. In the answer, it first answers which bases the conditions rely upon; thereafter it analyzes their mutual subsumption with the causes.
