第二師變外處中有三：一、破他；二、申自；三、釋妨。破他中有三：一、聖應變穢難；二、凡應變淨難；三、無因變下難。

Regarding the second master's transformation of external spheres, there are three points: 1. refuting others; 2. setting forth his own [position]; 3. resolving objections. Within refuting others there are three points: 1. the objection that noble ones should transform defilement; 2. the objection that ordinary beings should transform purity; 3. the objection that there is no cause to transform lower [realms].
