2.134

我見別緣，不緣他地者，修道我見有二行相：一、總緣得他地；二、別緣不得。見斷我見亦有二類：一、見為他，我則得；二、計為自內，我即不得。今說不得，隨義應知。或無分別我見緣他地者，梵王常等即定我見故。

Regarding self-view conditioning separately and not conditioning other planes: self-view in the path of cultivation has two mental modes: first, conditioning comprehensively, it can reach other planes; second, conditioning separately, it cannot. Self-view abandoned by seeing also has two classes: first, viewing it as another, the self then can [condition it]; second, grasping it as one's own internal [self], the self then cannot. Now saying it cannot should be understood according to the context. Or, non-discriminative self-view conditions other planes, because Brahmā's permanence and so forth are indeed fixed self-views.
