問：何故遍分兼常見，立以常見名，有想等論亦是常見，不標常見名，立有想等稱？

Question: Why are the views of universal and partial eternity both established under the name of 'eternal views,' whereas the doctrines of possessing perception and so forth are also eternal views, yet are not labeled with the name of 'eternal view,' but established under the designation of 'possessing perception,' and so forth?
