答：遍分常中生處無別，又彼在初故標常名，有想等見生處有殊，復在後故，立有想等名，又若名常相濫不便。

Answer: In universal and partial eternity, there is no difference in the place of rebirth, and because they come first, they are labeled with the name 'eternal'; the views of possessing perception and so forth have distinct places of rebirth, and furthermore come later, so they are established under names like 'possessing perception.' Moreover, if they were named 'eternal,' they would be confused with the others, which would be inconvenient.
