答：准《雜集論》說，有隨眠。又《緣起經》以外道作從不如理作意生，由無明發，內法不放逸發福、不動行，如理作意生。

Answer: Following the explanation in the Samuccaya, there are anuśayas. Furthermore, the Pratītyasamutpāda-sūtra states that what tīrthikas perform is born from improper attention (ayoniśomanaskāra) and activated by ignorance, whereas the meritorious and immovable formations activated by non-negligent followers of internal doctrine are born from proper attention (yoniśomanaskāra).
