問：非福不善正見惑發，正起行時與何惑俱？若與見惑俱，還應重發，若與修惑俱，任運非猛利。

Question: Non-meritorious unwholesomeness is directly activated by the afflictions [abandoned by] vision; when formations are directly initiated, with what afflictions are they concomitant? If they are concomitant with the afflictions [abandoned by] vision, they should be activated repeatedly; if they are concomitant with the afflictions [abandoned by] cultivation, being spontaneous they would not be intense.
