答：據見、修惑各究竟說，於十地中修未究竟，雖分斷所知，有餘依故。

Answer: This is stated based on the ultimate [abandonment] of the afflictions of seeing and of cultivation respectively; throughout the ten stages the cultivation is not yet ultimate, so although the cognitive [obstruction] is abandoned fractionally, there is still a residual basis.
