略有三釋：一云，十二分教是成滿聖之所引生，名成所引；二云，成滿聖者，為諸有情施設言教，又立道理之所引起，名成所引；三云，成謂成實，實謂利樂所起之聲，名成所引。

Briefly, there are three explanations: The first says: The twelvefold teaching is produced by fully perfected sages, so it is called "produced by attainment." The second says: Fully perfected sages establish teachings for sentient beings and formulate reasoning; being brought about by this, it is called "produced by attainment." The third says: "Attainment" means realization of the real; "the real" refers to sound that produces benefit and joy, so it is called "produced by attainment."
